Products and Custom Orders
All items are handmade or curated by Classic Toy Toys. Vintage items are sold as-is with condition noted in the product listing. Custom 3D-printed figures are made to order. Replacement parts are produced to specification but may have minor variations from the original. All custom order details, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon directly before production begins.
Intellectual Property
Custom figures inspired by third-party characters (Flintstones, Muppets, etc.) are fan-made, handcrafted items created by an independent artist. Classic Toy Toys does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any character rights holders. All original designs, photography, and written content on this site belong to Classic Toy Toys.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies are listed on classictoytoys.com. For custom orders, cancellations before production begins are fully refunded. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled. Please review the full FAQ at classictoytoys.com/pages/faq.
Limitation of Liability
Classic Toy Toys is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products or this website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
