A specific replacement piece for your collection. A character that doesn't exist yet. An original "what if?" idea you can't shake. Tell Alice — this is exactly the kind of work the workshop was built for.
What can be made.
Replacement parts
Missing a specific figure, animal, or accessory from a vintage set? Describe it or send a photo and Alice will let you know if it can be reproduced.
Custom character figures
Want a character that isn't already in the shop? If it can be designed in Little People style, it can probably be made. Describe the character and what you're imagining.
Original 'what if' pieces
An original idea — a mashup, a scene, a character that never existed anywhere. These are the most fun and take the most time. But they're absolutely possible.
Gift orders
Ordering for someone else? Include the story — who it's for, what the toy means to them, what you're hoping they feel when they open it. That context makes a better result.
How to request one.

Send a message through the contact form on the Shopify shop, or reach out directly in the Facebook group.

Describe what you're looking for as specifically as possible — include photos if you have them.

Alice will respond within a few days with what's possible, a timeline, and pricing.

Once agreed, the order goes into the queue. Turnaround depends on complexity and current workload.

How long does it take?
Simple replacement parts: 1–2 weeks. Custom characters: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current queue.
What does it cost?
Replacement parts start around $8–15 depending on piece complexity. Custom figures vary — Alice will quote you after understanding what's needed.
Can you make any character?
Most things are possible. Some are more complex than others. The best way to find out is to ask.
Ready to ask?
The worst answer you'll get is "that one isn't possible" — and even then, Alice will usually suggest something close.
